The skill to effectively anticipate what trends or issues will impact an organization, gain consensus or a unified voice from those represented, and adopt strategies to address those issues successfully are not common, and are my recognized strengths. The same skills I have used to build a budget, sell memberships, lobby public affairs issues, speak on diverse media issues representing the not-for- profit organization are used to generate revenue for corporations. I have over 15 years successful executive leadership experience. Serving on development team to multiple entities involved in a proposed $750M hospitality, entertainment, and convention center complex under development in Las Colinas area of Irving, Texas. Established several mutually-beneficial strategic partnerships.

Organizational Direction
· Successfully led, rebuilt, and restructured one of Dallas’ largest 501(c)6 not-for-profit trade organizations over 10 years, with a budget over $500,000 and representing issues facing the industry .
· Carefully analyzed, structured and increased key revenue more than 45% over 4 years through various means including launching several new programs, including but not limited to an Allied Member program which generated 15% of budget in first year, and continues to set an example nationwide.
· Negotiated and maintained contract with one of largest airports in the US for one-of-a-kind Airport Courtesy Phone Board.
· Established four local chapters in suburban areas to increase revenue and participation in the association, and area civic government involvement.

· Executive leadership, strength, and strategy rebuilt and generated revenue for an 80 year old 501c 6 trade organization representing an industry employing 110,000 people with economic impact of $12 to 14 Billion to the North Texas area.
· Responsible for generating 100% of $500,000 to $750,000 budget for area hotel association through membership sales and specialized programs, event creation and sponsorships; and sales and management partnership of courtesy transportation phone boards at DFW International Airport.
· Led development of charity organization partnerships for North Texas Food Bank, Communities In Schools North Texas, Hotel Security Network and numerous hospitality education programs.
· Led, orchestrated, and managed small office; motivated staff and volunteer board of directors consisting of diverse hotel company executives; represented area hotel/travel/tourism industry on a national basis.
