Nonprofit Compensation Surveys

 
 
The Texas Association of Nonprofit Organizations has undertaken the challenge of conducting Nonprofit Compensation Surveys in regions throughout the state where such survey data is not available.
 
Such data is useful to nonprofit corporations concerned with complying with IRS requirements regarding excessive compensation.

The Central Texas Nonpriofit Compensation Survey encompassed 44 staff positions held by 1662 nonprofit staff from 70 nonprofit corporations in the Greater Austin area.  This is the largest survey done of the Greater Austin area to date.
