This conference is for nonprofit professionals interested in understanding prospect management and incorporating its principles into existing fundraising programs. Attendees will gain insights about prospect management principals and how to apply these practices to existing fundraising programs. They also will explore systematic ways of effectively managing prospect relationships within their databases to enhance fundraising efforts.
Sessions will include prospect management best practices, policies and guidelines; prospect strategy development; auditing your prospect pool; and using prospect management to evaluate accountability as well as best practices, policies and guidelines, data management, strategy and forecasting.
This program is ideal for all nonprofit fundraising professionals —especially directors and managers of prospect development, relationship management and advancement services. It is also for fundraisers and other development professionals interested in understanding prospect management and incorporating its principles into existing fundraising programs. Other nonprofit professionals who are interested in exploring systematic ways to effectively manage prospect relationships within their database to enhance fundraising will benefit from this event as well.

On October 2, attendees have the option of having lunch on their own or participating in a Relationship Management Special Program* featuring Gretchen M. Bataille, PhD, president of the University of North Texas. She will discuss relationship management from a CEO's perspective, provide insight about the needs and expectations of the CEO, and share advice and lessons learned from her experiences in relationship building with prospects and donors. Roundtable discussions will follow the presentation. *Special program attendance requires an additional fee. Delegates are not required to register for the Advanced Relationship Management Symposium to attend the Relationship Management Special Program
