Details for "Self Managed Teams"

Are you looking for new ways to increase dollars or to serve more clients? Self managed teams, often comprised of volunteers, could help you do just that.  These teams are autonomous work groups that take full responsibility for the completion of a project or product.  This session will help you understand how these teams can become part of your nonprofit's culture.

Participant's will:
  • Discover what self managed teams bring into your organization
  • Identify the requirements of a team leader
